Suzie Drye

Chief Executive officer

Hi I’m Suzie. I started working with TAYCT in 2021 and love playing an active role in our community. I manage our fundraising efforts and look after the smooth running of the charity, working closely with key partners including Tetbury Town Council and the Cotswold Youth Network.

I live in Tetbury and have 2 children at St Mary’s and SWR schools. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I’m a keen reader and member of a local book club, and I try to keep active with yoga, gardening, long walks and the odd run around Tetbury.

 

Lisa Hoult

Head of Youth Services and Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Hi I am Lisa. I develop and manage the Youth & Community projects that we run at TAYCT. I have been working with TAYCT since 2017 when I started helping out at the old Pod youth club. I have a background in both the statutory and voluntary sectors and have been working in both youth and community settings for the past 20 years.  

I live in Tetbury with my husband and 2 school aged children and my happy place is definitely being out in nature and exploring this beautiful countryside that we live in.

Steve Scott (Scotty)

Chair of Trustees

Hi I’m Scotty. I have lived in Tetbury for 11 years and have a lovely wife and 6 adult children. I have previously been involved in running youth work for many years and although less hands on now, I am still passionate that young people have opportunities and spaces to be themselves and receive the support they need. I am a software developer during the day and I run my own business which is based in Tetbury. If that doesn't keep me busy enough I love to dress up and go on stage, as well as running which helps with the fact that love spending time chatting and relaxing with family and friends eating good food.

What other people say about Scotty - He is a larger than life character and is great at throwing himself into the things he commits too. He is community minded and keen to engage and bring out the strengths of those he works with.

I began working with TAYCT in 2019 when I expressed a desire to see more support for children and young people’s mental health in Tetbury and found this fitted well with the aims and visions of TAYCT.

I currently work for Place2Be a national mental health charity which works across schools in the UK.

I’ve lived in Tetbury with my husband and our two boys, now young adults, for the past 22 years.  Having brought up our family in Tetbury and been the School Business Manager at St Mary’s Primary School for the last 15 years I've seen first-hand how vital the right support and strong community connections are for our young people.

I joined TAYCT in January 2025 and I’m excited to be part of its journey as it develops and grows into a vibrant community hub, bringing people together and expanding the support available for people of all ages in our town.

When not working I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking our energetic Sproodle, bracing myself on an open-water swim or spending time in the garden.
